The Monarch Cemetery
These recordings were made in the Monarch, Saskatchewan, Cemetery on Christmas day 2023. Monarch is a rural area located approximately 16kms North of Biggar, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Monarch Cemetery sits on the North East corner of my in-laws property. Many of my husband’s ancestors are laid to rest there. In attendance that day were my mother and father-in-law - Allan and Pat, my husband, Chris, myself, my sister-in-law Tanya, and our three pet dogs. It was a beautiful afternoon and we were not disappointed with the interaction we got.
As you will see in the video, there were many spirits who were willing to communicate with us - both male and female/young and old - yet they were all voices we did not recognize. I love their awareness of the time year (Christmas/New Years). I also find it interesting how they acknowledged my nephew (Tanya’s son - who was not present) and the position he plays in hockey. We also found the interaction with child spirits to be heartwarming.
I appreciate that they chose to interact with us. May they all rest in peace.
Be sure to check out our previous True Ghost Story “Merry Christmas” (1 back). It was recorded in an abandoned house that same night (Dec 25 2023). The house had once belonged to some distant relatives on my husbands side of the family and has sat vacant since the late 1990’s. Some compelling footage was recorded…but I will leave it up to you to form your own conclusions.
