Shipping Policy

Shipping is not calculated at checkout.

Once your order is prepared and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your shipping total and payment instructions.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the lower Canadian provinces only.

Due to ongoing complications and costs associated with tariffs, we no longer ship to the United States.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders are shipped using courier services or Canada Post, depending on location.

  • Free shipping is available on orders of $125+ (before tax) within the lower Canadian provinces

  • Shipping includes tracking and up to $100 insurance

  • Additional insurance may be requested at the customer’s expense

Some rural or remote areas not easily accessed by Canada Post/courier companies may require additional charges.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders of $30+ (before tax) on select days within the following areas:

Bridgewater to Halifax/Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, including most locations along:

  • HWY 103 (Bridgewater to Halifax)

  • HWY 10 (Bridgewater to Cookville)

  • Route 325 (Wileville to Mahone Bay)

  • HWY 3 (Mahone Bay to Chester)

Additional nearby areas may be accommodated when possible.

Please contact us to confirm delivery availability and scheduling.

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared on a first-come, first-served basis.

Estimated processing times:

  • 1–2 weeks during slower periods

  • Up to 3–4 weeks during high-volume periods

You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship, including tracking information.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk

Ownership of Products transfers to you once your order has been prepared, packaged, and shipped.

While shipping includes basic insurance, you assume all risk for loss or damage beyond the coverage provided unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Uninsured shipments

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal

  • Being unclaimed

It will be refunded minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • A 20% restocking fee

Shipping Costs & Fees

All shipping charges are non-refundable and include packaging, handling, and transportation.

We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged after shipment, including carrier-related charges.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

If your package is delayed:

  • Please allow additional time during high-volume periods (holidays, weather, etc.)

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel has left our care

If tracking shows your parcel is still in transit, we ask for your patience while the carrier completes delivery.

Wholesale Orders

This policy applies to personal retail purchases only.

Retailers carrying our products should contact us directly for wholesale shipping terms.
