Shipping Policy.

  1. Shipping will not be added to your total at checkout. You will receive a shipping invoice by email when your order is filled & ready to go that you will need to pay.

    All parcels are shipped through Canada Post. I am offering a 20% discount on expedited parcel post shipping from now until September 30, 2022, on orders less than $120 that ship within Canada. I offer free shipping on orders of $120+ (before taxes) that ship within the lower Canadian Provinces.

  2. This Shipping Policy applies only to personal retail purchases made through the website www.madebyarealwitch.com (the “Website”). Retail store owners should refer to the “Policy and Returns” section of your catalogue regarding shipping and returns.

  3. All right, title, interest and ownership to the Products through the Website or through us shall pass to you, the purchaser, upon the Products being prepared, packaged, and shipped by us.

  4. As a result, you are required to provide your own insurance on the Products purchased and shipped through the Website or by us, so all risk falls onto you, the purchaser, if you do not purchase insurance. If you purchased shipping with no tracking or insurance, we will not be held responsible if your order does not arrive, if items arrive damaged or broken, and no refunds will be issued. Please see our Refunds and Return Policy regarding Products that are broken, damaged, or that you are otherwise dissatisfied with.

  5. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and all other shipping information is correct, and we are not responsible for Products shipped to an incorrect or invalid address. Any additional shipping charges because of an incorrect or invalid address or shipping information are your responsibility. Products returned to us marked as Refused, Returned, Unclaimed, or Invalid Address will be credited back to your account, less a 20% for the restocking fee and all shipping charges including any additional shipping charges for returning such Products to us. Customers will not be contacted if their order is returned to us.

  6. All shipping costs are non-refundable and includes all charges for packaging, shipping and handling related to your Products. We are not responsible for any additional customs, charges, duty, or brokerage fees that may be charged to you after your order has left our facility.

  7. We currently only offer shipping within Canada and the United States.

  8. Parcels will have the correct monetary value as well as an accurate list of items purchased on all documentation required by the shipping company at the time of shipping. While we understand that some people would like to avoid customs, duty, brokerage fees, we will not write “free” or “gift” on any shipping/customs document, even if the items were legitimately purchased as a gift as it would be in violation of applicable law and invalidate your insurance. If you wish to gift any of our Products and Services to someone, please consider purchasing a gift card instead. Gift cards can be purchased on our Website.

  9. All orders made through our Website are shipped through Canada Post. Once you have added all your items to your shopping cart and you are ready to place your order, use the shipping calculator at checkout to determine which shipping service will serve you best from the options provided. Expedited Parcel Post with tracking and insurance is the shipping service that most people use and is the service that is recommended by us. Additional insurance can be purchased at the customer’s expense.

  10. We offer free Canada Post Expedited Parcel Post shipping – with tracking and $100 insurance – on orders of $120+ (before taxes) that ship within the lower Canadian provinces. Additional insurance may be purchased at the customer’s expense. Some exceptions to rural areas, remote areas, and post office box numbers may apply.

  11. We offer free delivery on orders of $30+ (before taxes) to the following areas: Saskatoon, Martensville, Asquith, Perdue or Biggar, Saskatchewan. Delivery dates are limited to 1-2 days per month on average and those dates will fluctuate from month to month. Contact us ahead of time if you’d like to know the next expected date of delivery for your area. If the delivery date is not a concern, select delivery as an option at the time of checkout. Then contact us by email to arrange delivery of your order. We will work with you to best accommodate everyone’s schedules, including our own.

  12. Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. Orders can take 3-4 weeks to ship depending on the time of year, how many orders are waiting ahead of yours in queue and which Products you have requested. While there are always exceptions, an average size order that is placed at a slower time of year will typically take 1-2 weeks to ship. If we can get your order filled and shipped sooner, we will.

  13. If your order has not shipped and you are wondering about the status of your order, please send us an email and we will do our best to give you an estimated date for when your order will ship. We will be in touch with you by email when your order is filled and ready to be shipped. Your tracking information will be shared with you at that time if it applies to the shipping method you purchased at checkout. If you are wondering about the status of an order that has already shipped, please refer to the Canada Post website and use your tracking information to track your package. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information regarding late or missing parcels.

  14. If your order has not arrived, and the tracking information shows that it has not been delivered yet, please be patient. We cannot guarantee delivery times once your parcel has left our facility. If you are in the United States, there can be considerable wait times when a parcel reaches the border. It is normal for a parcel’s tracking information to fall off the system once your parcel enters the United States, but the tracking information will update to show when your parcel has been successfully delivered. There will simply be a gap in the data from the time when your parcel reaches the border to the time that it is delivered.

  15. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy regarding missing orders and items, damaged or broken items, or goods that you are not satisfied with.

  16. If you are not okay with any part of this Shipping Policy, please do not place an order.
