The Bessborough Hotel

This true ghost story takes place in the notoriously haunted Bessborough Hotel located on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River in downtown Saskatoon. Built between 1930 and 1935, the Bessborough Hotel boasts 225 rooms, has maintained many of its original features, and has a long list of former guests claiming to have had paranormal encounters over the years.

On Saturday, November 11, 2023 Ashley and her husband, Chris, celebrated their wedding anniversary in room 526. Out of curiosity, Ashley brought her paranormal equipment along and got more interaction with spirit than she ever expected. With numerous equipment malfunctions, multiple batteries drained of power, flashlights powering on by themselves, multiple spirits giving intelligent responses to the questions being asked, and the overpowering scent of male cologne at 3am...it was a night to behold!
