D — The Spectacles

Seeing something clearly and truly noticing it are not always the same thing.

There are moments that pass right in front of us — fully visible — and still not fully taken in.

Nothing hidden.
Nothing unclear.

Just something that didn’t quite land at the time.

And later — sometimes much later —
you realize there was more there than you first saw.

It’s interesting how understanding has a way of arriving after the moment itself has already gone.
